M42 - EOS M Adapter for Helios 44M-4
After buying this beautiful specimen of Zenit 44M-4, I had to make an adapter for the lens to use with my Canon M100. It's a little camera I absolutely adore. I have used the lens with a Nikon D780 and Canon 90D but I wanted to fit this lens in the small M100 to carry around everywhere.
After a couple of hours of designing in Fusion 360 and a couple of test prints, it was finally ready.
Sample Images
I tested the lens over several Danish summer days full of Cherry blossoms. All the images are at ISO 100 f/2.0 and various shutter speeds. Thanks to my wife for modelling!
