Designing Shell Structures using Thrust-Network Analysis

This introductory workshop of RhinoVault 2 from Block Research Group introduced a COMPAS Framework-based exploration of shell structure. Tasked with envisioning a museum courtyard in Zurich, I approached the design with reverence for site and context. Leveraging constraining parameters as creative catalysts, I laid the foundation for computational design. As this design was fabrication-aware, the structure was 3D-printed in resin to test its viability.
